What Are These Plans?
These plans are employee and partner pricing. Anyone working for Lincoln Motor Company around Germantown or Olive Branch may qualify. Each plan comes with its benefits and incentives. The plan used determines the price of the vehicle. All a qualifying guest must tell their sales associate is that they intend to use a plan to purchase a vehicle; verification will be a part of the purchase process. There are no restrictions on which vehicle may be purchased using A, X, or Y Plan.
Who Qualifies?
A-Plan is a pricing program for Lincoln employees. Full-time hourly employees and regular salaried employees may use this benefit beginning at their hire date. Temporary Part-Time and Long-Term Supplemental employees are also eligible for A-Plan. Regular part-time hourly and salaried employees eligible for medical benefits also qualify to use A-Plan. Immediate family members of A-Plan-qualifying employees also have access to the associated benefits.
Z-Plan is similar to A-Plan, except it is for retired employees. Anyone who retired under the General Retirement Plan or received benefits under the Lincoln-UAW Retirement Plan. Again, the immediate family of those who qualify for Z-Plan.
X-Plan is a Partner Recognition plan. The employees of partners determined by Lincoln Motor Company are eligible to participate in the program. X-Plan eligible partners may use two PINs per year to purchase a new vehicle.
Each person qualifying for A or Z-Plan is allocated four PINs annually. Qualifying employees may share these PINs with friends or neighbors. The only qualification is you can testify that you know the person.
